FEASIBILITY
Vecteng undertakes the feasibility of projects which assists stakeholders in determining the viability of a project. This includes conducting an analysis of the proposed project site and studying the environmental, economic, social, engineering and technology requirements needed for the project to be successfully implemented. Our team of specialists formulate and implement strategies to solve complex engineering problems, with a primary focus on creating sustainable business value collaboratively. We partner with internationally recognised experts and professionals who bring leading depth of knowledge and experience.
DEVELOPMENT
Vecteng undertakes the development activities including the design, technology selection, layout and site plan, environmental impact assessment as well as obtaining all the required rights, licenses, permits and consents required for the successful execution of the project. We ensure that every aspect of the project is meticulously planned and compliant with the required regulatory standards, mitigating potential risks that could occur.
PROJECT FINANCING
Vecteng invests and supports projects with debt and equity required for the projects to reach financial close. Vecteng secures and manages debt and equity financing for our projects and Clients. Our services encompass a range of financial activities, including financial modeling, financial close management, and the optimisation of costs and returns. One of our expertise lies in the financial domain of Project Finance for projects using the PPP model. We collaborate with local and international equity providers, development finance institutes, and lenders to ensure our clients have access to the necessary financial resources.

ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT & CONSTRUCTION
Vecteng specialises in the engineering and construction of complex plants and projects. We follow international standards and specifications for detailed design and execution of electrical, civil, mechanical, and security works including equipment sizing and simulations, ensuring the project reaches Commercial Operations. With strategic partnerships with international OEMs, Vecteng procures the best technology and equipment for the successful implementation of the EPC phase of the projects. Commissioning and compliance for projects is ensured before for the projects to achieve commercial Operations.

OPERATIONAL & MAINTENANCE
Following the completion of construction and the project reached COD, Vecteng takes the responsibility of operating and maintain these facilities. This includes international and local remote monitoring, condition-based, preventative, reactive maintenance, supply of spare parts and security ensuring optimised and efficient operation of the project/plant.
TECHNOLOGY SUPPLY
Vecteng in partnership with leading OEMs from around the world specializes in the supply of products through the management of international product supply chains, using best practice such SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference). Our commitment is to ensure quality to international certifications while maintaining cost-competitiveness through our extensive international networks.
CAPACITY BUILDING
Skills development and knowledge transfer of technology which is implemented in the project is imparted unto individuals, organizations and communities involved in the project to effectively use and maintain the infrastructure. This ensures long-term sustainability by equipping stakeholders with the necessary skills and knowledge to foster sustainable practices.
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Vecteng’s Programme Management Office (PMO), follows Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) principles to optimise cost, time and quality of our projects. An agile approach is followed. This entails effective planning, control, and coordination of project activities and resources through all stages of the project. Professional accredited specialists including Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) registered designers, accredited Safety, Health, Environment, Risk & Quality (SHERQ) practitioners. Stakeholder management specialists are employed to take care of the diverse aspects of the project.
