Purpose: Designed for cleaning ballast in both turnout areas and main track ballast beds.
Excavation Mechanism: Features a world-leading bilateral excavation mechanism capable of cleaning a group of No.12 single-way turnouts (left or right) in 90 minutes.
Efficient Operation: The retractable mudsill and excavation chain storage mechanism eliminate the need to remove these parts during turnout cleaning, reducing auxiliary work time and improving efficiency.
Backfilling Options:
Three Methods: Ballast can be backfilled through the left-side conveyor, right-side conveyor, or middle hopper.
Regulated Backfilling: The ballast amount for each method can be adjusted for uniform distribution.
Ballast Handling:
New Ballast: After cleaning, new ballast is backfilled using the material conveyor truck and the machine’s ballast adding mechanism.
Screened Mud: Mud is conveyed by a main or rotary conveyor to one side of the railway or into a material logistics system, with rotary capability to move left or right.
Monitoring and Safety: Equipped with an 8-line video monitoring system and colored displays in cabs to show front- and rear-line conditions and main working mechanism status, enhancing observation and safety for operators.
